Three lots in the open.

Each property below is a real (anonymized to street name) Tucson client with a measured outcome. Owners have approved publication of the build details and capture totals; addresses are referenced to street and neighborhood, not house number, except where the homeowner explicitly waived. We don't anonymize numbers.

A Sam Hughes back yard with a 3,000-gallon cistern visible behind a young velvet mesquite, the kind of build documented on this page.

A note on what these numbers mean

Capture totals are measured at the meter, not estimated from rainfall. Each cistern installed since 2023 has a Levelogger ULS-50 float switch tied to a small datalogger that integrates pump runtime against tank-level change to derive volume captured and volume distributed. Greywater volumes are estimated from water-bill cross-checks (washer cycles × 22 gal/cycle). AC condensate volumes are direct-measured at a small flow meter at the air handler. Numbers below 5,000 gallons should be considered approximate; larger numbers are within ±5%.

The cumulative column counts gallons captured since the build went live, not since installation began. Build dates: Sam Hughes 2022-09-08, Foothills 2024-04-22, Barrio Viejo 2025-03-15.
