We're a small shop. Hiring slowly.
We hire roughly one person every two to three years. Right now we have one open role: a greywater installer (R-37R apprentice or journeyman). Bilingual preferred. Detail page below has the long version.
If we don't have an open role for you
We keep a short list of people we know we'll hire when the next role opens up. If you have R-37R credentials, are bilingual, and want to do this kind of work in Tucson, send a brief email to hello@cienega-plumbing.example with your hours, your location, and three things you've installed that you're proud of. We will reply.
We don't keep a recruitment pipeline. We don't send "we'll keep your résumé on file" form replies. If we know someone who fits, we tell them what's open. If not, we say so. We try to be the kind of small shop that responds to a real human introduction with a real human reply within a week.
