Privacy, in plain English.
A short, honest privacy notice. We don't run analytics. We don't share anything. The site you're on does not collect data; the office collects what's necessary to do the work.
What this site collects
Nothing. The site you're reading is fully static HTML and CSS. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting scripts, no first-party or third-party trackers, no behavioral profiling, no advertising integrations. The only outbound network request the page makes is to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for type files, and to picsum.photos for placeholder imagery. Google Fonts logs IP addresses for the duration of the font request; their privacy policy covers that.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit the site walk request form we receive the fields you complete: your name, phone, email, property address, neighborhood, lot size, what you're hoping to do, preferred site walk window, HOA status, and language preference. We use these fields to schedule the site walk and to make the visit useful. We do not share them with anyone.
The form posts to a private email address that lands in Sandra's inbox. If you'd rather call, dial (520) 624-3127 Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 MST.
What we collect when you become a client
To do the work we collect what's needed for the work: your name, address, contact info, water-bill account number (Tucson Water requires it for the rebate filing), photographs of your lot, sketches, dimensions, and notes from each visit. We keep paper binders for active clients and digital copies in encrypted local storage at the Bay 3 office. We do not back up to public cloud services. The binders for clients we have not seen in five years are shredded.
What we do with it
We use it to run the project, file your rebates, and deliver yearly maintenance. We file the Tucson Water rebate paperwork, the ADEQ Type 1 declaration (where applicable), and any city/county permits — these forms include your name, address, and account information by necessity. We do not give your information to anyone else for any reason.
Your rights
Arizona is not a comprehensive-privacy-law state, but as our practice we follow these principles: you can ask us at any time what we have on file for you, you can ask us to delete it (we retain enough to honor warranty obligations and tax records, typically 7 years), and we will tell you in plain English what we'd retain and why.
Telemetry data on cisterns
For larger CIS-1 builds (5,000+ gallons) we offer an optional Adafruit IO-hosted dashboard that reports tank level, pump runtime, and zone valve state. This data is yours; the dashboard credentials are yours; we keep no copies. If you'd like us to retain a copy for yearly maintenance review we'll write that down on the build's binder cover. Otherwise, we don't.
